Dextromethorphan:

An Anti-tussive (Cough Suppressant)

Relieves cough caused by throat & bronchial irritation As effective codeine, devoid of any constipating & addicting action

Chlorpheniramine:

Chlorpheniramine Maleate First-generation Antihistamine

Treats symptoms caused by allergies including itchy & watery eyes, sneezing, runny nose, skin rash and irritations

Ambroxol HCI:

Surfactant stimulatory, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant shows mucokinetic effects and increases the clearance of mucus in small airways.

Guaiphenesin:

Expectorant and mucolytic improves mucociliary clearance and relieves chest congestion associated with acute upper Respiratory tract infection

Menthol:

Anti-tussive, reduces cough reflex sensitivity
